ERISA Advisory

SOBORA Capital provides advisory and/or consulting services for Employer Sponsored ERISA Plans (Employee Retirement Income Security Act). One of our fundamental services here at SOBORA Capital is to provide strategic advice that assists clients in meeting their fiduciary responsibilities. This range of advisory services includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Review of existing plan

  • Creation of a new plan

  • Plan design and monitoring

  • Participant education

  • Development of an Investment Policy Statement (IPS)

Upon request, SOBORA Capital will conduct employee education services, including participation on an individual and/or group basis, to inform participants about diverse investment and retirement subjects.
